What we actually make
DMAC covers the wear and structural parts that wear out first on the crushers most mines and quarries run today: the Nordberg C Series jaw crushers, the GP and HP cone crushers, and the related impact and screen lines. In practical terms, that means:
Jaw plates (fixed and swing) for C80 through C200
Mantles and concaves for HP100–HP800 and the HP3 / HP4 / HP5 / HP6 sizes
Bowl liners and torch rings for GP100–GP500
Toggle plates, cheek plates, and wedge sets

If the part touches rock, or holds the part that touches rock, there's a good chance we stock it or can cast it to your drawing. The same DMAC program also supplies liners for our own PYG hydraulic cone crusher line, so a mixed fleet stays on one supplier.

One material does not fit every rock
The mistake a lot of buyers make is ordering the cheapest manganese and hoping for the long life. It rarely works out. The abrasive index of your feed, the moisture content, and whether you're crushing basalt versus limestone change everything.
We cast liners in Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, and Mn22Cr2 as standard, and we'll tell you straight which one fits your application. For abrasive, high-impact ore, the higher manganese content and added chrome hold up far better. For cleaner limestone or recycled concrete, a standard Mn13 grade gets you the wear life you need at a lower cost. Getting this right is worth more than any discount on the invoice.
Drop-in fit, not "close enough"
Interchangeability is where cheap copies fail. A mantle that's two millimeters off at the thread won't seat, and a concave that distorts under heat cracks the bowl. Every DMAC part is machined to the original equipment dimensions and checked against the OEM drawing before it leaves the foundry. We're not guessing at the profile — we're matching it.
Lead time is the whole point
Most of our common liner sizes ship from stock, and made-to-order castings run on a predictable schedule measured in weeks, not months. For operations running multiple plants, we'll hold a consignment buffer of your high-wear items so a failure never means a production stoppage. That's the difference between a planned changeout and an emergency that costs you a shift.

Quality you can verify
Each batch goes through chemical analysis and hardness testing, and we keep the records. If a liner underperforms against its expected life, send us the wear pattern and we'll adjust the profile or material for the next order. We'd rather fix the cause than argue about the warranty.
